What counts as a "session"?
A session includes one full search plus follow-up chat questions. All modes (Explorer, Advisor, Turbo, and Deep Dive) follow this flow. Longer chats simply use more credits.
What do the different modes actually do?
These are different experience levels powered by increasingly sophisticated AI. Turbo gives you fast, smart insights. Explorer provides balanced research. Advisor offers deeper reasoning for nuanced trade-offs. Deep Dive delivers advanced analysis for complex decisions.
Can I mix models in a single month?
Yes. Start in Explorer or Turbo mode to explore options, then switch to Advisor or Deep Dive mode when you need deeper reasoning. Credits adjust automatically based on the mode you choose.
How many credits does a session use on average?
A typical session (one search plus 2 follow-up chats) costs about 40 credits in Explorer mode and 180 credits in Advisor mode. Turbo mode is even cheaper, while Deep Dive uses more. Longer conversations will consume proportionally more credits.
What happens if I run out of credits?
You can upgrade to the Pro plan for more monthly credits, or wait until your credits refresh at the start of the next month. If you need more credits urgently, reach out to us and we can help you out.
